If you can convey the idea that their desired outcome is achievable with your product or service in a way that creates trust, hope and excitement, your customer is going to naturally be drawn to purchase to resolve the tension between where they are currently and where they want to be. Tension seeks resolution.
This concept of creative tension is applicable to any changes you are seeking to make in your own life as well as the desires for change your customers have.
